I'm my own God, Government, and Guide in the vast wilderness of life.
I strive to do what is right, though I know I have not the will or the might.
Self-reliant, yet not self-righteous and equipped with tools to solve most any crisis.
Still it scares me to be watched while I sleep, by a man named Death, who has a soul to reap.

I am my own.
No home. I roam.
Solitare, but not alone.
I am my own.

Death, how ironic that it would be the one thing that is truly certain in all of our lives.
The end of it all. How we get there. Who knows? But we'd be best just to accept it.
For when the fear subsides, death is no longer a demon. Death is an angel. And I am at peace.
And every minute of every fucking day, I am living as if I am dying.

Because we all are dying.
And really, isn't that what living is?
That's where we all end up.
There's no denying this.

So why do we bother to change?
Our goals, our faith, our names.
There is always a darkness in the light.
And a moon that shines only in the night.

There is perfect balance always.
This is the great cosmic force of the yin and the yang.
And while rarely acknowledged or noticed...

When the clouds break, you will know my face.
The Lord God, Lucifer, and all his saints.
I am an almagation. I shall rule my nations.
Without hesitation. No rules or regulations.
